Lady Gaga has released a new live album titled Mayhem Requiem, recorded during a no-phones-allowed performance at Los Angeles' Wiltern Theatre in January. The album is available via Apple Music and features reimagined arrangements of her 2025 album Mayhem.
Concert Film and Theatrical Release
Alongside the album release, a concert film will be screened for one night only in select AMC theaters on May 14. Fans can listen to the tracks and view accompanying videos online.
A New Chapter for Gaga
Described as the "final chapter of the Mayhem era," Mayhem Requiem presents Lady Gaga as "the phantom of her own gothic opera." The album showcases more theatrical arrangements, such as transforming the synth pop of "How Bad Do U Want Me" into a traditional ballad and opening "Abracadabra" with a piano étude.
Since the release of Mayhem, Lady Gaga has been on an extensive tour, including a major free concert at Rio de Janeiro’s Copacabana Beach. She has also performed at the VMAs and the Super Bowl LX halftime show with Bad Bunny.
Accolades and Collaborations
Mayhem earned the Best Pop Vocal Album award at the 2026 Grammys, where Gaga also performed "Abracadabra" with drummer Josh Freese. She contributed to the soundtrack for The Devil Wears Prada 2, collaborating with Doechii on the track "Runway."
Lady Gaga's achievements and ongoing influence in the music industry continue to captivate audiences worldwide.
