Australian label Posse, founded by Danielle Mulham in 2016, has opened its flagship store in New York City's West Village, offering a summer collection of linen and cotton separates.
Store Design and Ambiance
Designed by French interior designer Louis Rambert, the store combines vintage decor with custom furniture, including Fortuny fabric sconces and colorful textiles. The black-and-white stone flooring was imported from France.
Opening Day Highlights
The store opened on May 10, featuring a floral window display and a selection of core pieces. Highlights included bright knitwear, woven baskets by Underwater Weaving, and exclusives from the Moda Operandi La Isla capsule.
Key Collection Pieces
The collection includes balloon pants made from a cotton-silk blend, available in various styles such as plain, ruffled, and broderie anglaise. The Pearl pants, priced at $350, are paired with the Clover tee, available for $200.
Versatile Fashion Options
Posse's offerings also include capri pants and mini dresses. The Angelina capri pants, priced at $290, are designed with a flattering cut. Summer whites feature cottons and linens, while the Danielle mini dress is available for $380 at NET-A-PORTER.
