Anderson paid tribute to Dior's historic ties with Hollywood by referencing Marlene Dietrich's wardrobe from Alfred Hitchcock's 1950 film Stage Fright. Anderson showcased a pristine white Dior Bar jacket, echoing Dietrich's famous demand: "No Dior, no Dietrich."

Continuing Dior's tradition of artist collaborations, Anderson worked with Ed Ruscha to incorporate his pop art into the collection. The runway featured asymmetric satin dresses, Donegal Bar jackets, and chiffon dresses adorned with 3-D poppy heads.
