Images revealing Microsoft's next Xbox Elite 3 controller have been leaked by Brazil's Anatel regulator, following the appearance of a smaller Xbox Cloud Gaming controller online. Design Enhancements
The Elite 3 controller features a refined design, incorporating two new scroll wheels at the bottom. These may be intended for controller adjustments or as a new input method for games such as Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Cloud Gaming Integration
A notable addition is a pair button that allows switching between local mode and cloud mode, enabling direct connection to Xbox Cloud Gaming servers. This is expected to enhance latency for cloud streaming games, similar to the smaller Xbox controller leaked earlier.

Microsoft is reportedly moving to a removable rechargeable battery for the Elite 3 controller. The Anatel filings indicate a smaller 1,528mAh battery, compared to the 2,050mAh battery in the Elite 2.
